REDBUD Construction Services, LLC was founded in 2005 by its Chief Manager,

Shawn Van Dyke. After working for more than 10 years in the fields of architecture,

engineering, construction, and real estate development, Shawn realized

the increased client need for specific Program, Project, and Construction Management

services above and beyond “typical” services normally provided by the consultants,

contractors, and sub-contractors.

Shawn brings his unique experience in the fields of engineering, design, and

construction to every project for which RCS is involved. Shawn earned his

B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of TN, Knoxville in 1997 and earned

his M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of TN in 2004 while working

full time for engineering and architecture firms in Seattle, WA and Knoxville, TN.

RCS is also a General Contractor (BC - #59464) licensed in TN.
