was founded in 2005 by its Chief Manager, Shawn Van Dyke. After working for more than 10 years in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate development, Shawn realized the increased client need for specific Construction Management services above and beyond ‘typical’ services normally provided by consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors. It is this specialized attention to clients’ needs and the details of the project, large or small, that sets RCS apart from other consulting firms.
